I borrowed a Browning Half vest from a buddy which I really liked so I went ahead and ordered one for myself. Well the vest got here today and its not what I was expecting.
The old vest I borrowed is tan with heavy canvas pockets, the back of the pockets and the hull bag are made out of a PVC rubber type mesh and in general the vest is solid. I am not sure how old the vest is but its been around a few years.
The vest I received today is black with light cotton pockets and a light cotton type mesh, basically very light and flimsy.
Wondering if this is the new style and the heavy ones are no longer made? Did I order the wrong color and should have got the tan? I can't really tell from the pictures if one is made from a different material or not.
