Mr. Metcalf........very rare to get that kind of service from those Browning guys. Had many, many experiences as a retailer over the years and most of the time it was a nightmare. Hopefully, it has changed for the better. Glad to hear a good report............Uncle Sam, Pa.
I sense Browning may be trying to turn over a new leaf. I too had excellent service from Browning. I sent an XT back to them that had some problems, along with test targets and findings, then sent a brand new gun back within 45 days.
