If I bought a citori combo with a top single and over and under barrel, is it possible to buy an unsingle barrel from browning or a dealer? thanks in advance if anyone knows.

No, Browning does not sell barrels for their over/under guns separately. You'll need to find someone willing to break up a combo to sell you the barrel.

and even then you might have fit up problems. If you find a barrell, try it for fit before you purchase it. They are not intended to be interchangable.
