I didn’t know Browning had different “types” of barrels for the Citori shotgun. Cynergy to Citori differences, yes. But within the Citori line? Is it the barrel lug that is different? Does it matter where the gun was manufactured/assembled? Belgium, Japan, etc.?

Reason I asked Qs is I have a buddy who if I remember correctly had his receiver/butt stock and gun case stolen. His barrel and forearm were not in the case. If it’s the gun I’m thinking of it was a Joel Etchen special. Probably less than ten years old. You can PM me and I can get you more info once he gets back from a trip. Have a great day.

Determined barrel is likely a “3“ and OP needs a “2”. Good luck with your search.
