It is very hard to get freedom back once you give it up. The natural tendency of government is more control and less freedom.

I was there. This was not about hunting, but about HUNTING.

In England HUNTING means riding a horse following dogs who are chasing a fox. Big cross country riding party with drinking and eating going all day (usually Sunday).

The British government banned this sport and that was what the demonstration was about.

The sport was deemed to be cruel to the fox (dogs chase it, then tear it apart to kill it), so it was banned.

Just wait until the contract rabies, or worse 'fox worm.'

We, Americans, have the Second Amendment because of the Brits; thank you. Americans were protesting their treatment as colonist such as unfair taxation, dictatorial oppression and our founding fathers did something about it. Thomas Jefferson understood this and realized government tyranny. In my opinion, as we slip toward socialism, these rights will gravitate to be rights for government not individual rights. I've read, in part, that Eric Holder, the AG nominee, believes the Second Amendment is not an individual right. Only a 5-4 Supreme Court believed, in part, that it's an individual right versus a State right. Gun rights will be the first to go. The Brits will never have a Second Amendment guarantee. We, are on the verge of losing ours. Darrell
