My eyes and interest will be on my children's School, University of Central Florida in the Fiesta Bowl playing no. 6 Baylor. This could be the biggest game for UCF in their history. Just thinking of their size and importance just a mere 15 years ago. GO GOLDEN KNIGHTS

When I was a kid I can recall only 5 Bowl games; Rose, Orange, Cotton, Peach (gone), and Bluebonnet (gone). All on New Years day. My, how things have changed. Now it's all about Advertising and Marketing. Of course, there were only three TV channels then.

No, I meant in the list of bowls back in the old days - it was always the Orange Bowl in the morning of New Years Day, with the Sugar and Cotton Bowls starting later in the day, and the Rose Bowl late afternoon Pacific time. They were the major bowls back in the day; the others were afterthoughts.
