For those of you who knew Billy Hodge, he passed away due to complications of heart attack lung problems on Jan 1, 2013.
Billy was a ranked Lightweight with a record of 62-3 before he retired in 1955, formed Buckhorn Quality Firearms to concentrate on high grade Best Quality Rifles and Shotguns and was a 'go to' for Purdey, H&H, Perazzi, Beretta and Fabbri regarding US markets and advice.
He was impeccably honest and one of the most generous men I have ever known. Funeral services at Restland Memorial, Wildwood Chapel, Dallas Texas 10 am Monday the 7th.
I will miss him very much but he is now in a better place..
