Don't know your location, but two men in Cloverdale, Indiana come highly recommended.

One is Jim Wiegands Gun Service, Cloverdale, Indiana, and the other is Tony at T&D Metal Works, also in Cloverdale.

Seems Tony worked for Jim for many years, and Jim had a great reputation for gunsmithing, re-blue, and wood restoration.

Jim had a massive fire some time back, and that may be when Tony split off. Not sure!

The bluing color is important...but the metal finish under the blue is critical for a true restoration. The fellow who does the metal work and polishing at Wright's s the best I've ever seen. He has done some work for me that is truly outstanding. Modest pricing for the quality of the work.
