What is the ideal lens color for use on a bright sunny day, throwing green disks against a dark brown (earthy) backgroung mostly covered with broken disks...??? Had a lot of problems seeing the birds this weekend at Oaktree Gun Club, in Newhall CA. Thanks. John

Blue, believe it or not. Second choice for me would be dark purple.

Believe me, it is a personal choice as everyones eyes may not react the same to different colors, I can put on glasses that my friend uses and am absolutely blinded by the glare and brightness, it is like looking directly into the sun for me, but for him it is perfect, go where they have different color lenes and look through different colors. By the way what works for me is Vermillion with a slight grey tint.
