Beretta UGB25 XCEL

I just got back from the SHOT show in Orlando and seen these Shotguns from Beretta, Are they available yet, and has anyone shot them? The idea of a break down, semi-auto with bottom eject was novel, and the gun felt real nice. I didnt know about the lock time?

A friend of mine has one that he wants to sell. Has had a few hundred rounds through it. Located in Wisconsin. I will ask him how much if anyone is interrested.
