Does anyone know where can I get a flat head screw driver to fit this? I don't want to buy the Brownell's thin bit set.

Outside of hand-grinding one, Brownells will be your best bet. McMaster might have one thin enough if you can measure the slot (feeler gauges would probably work best).

You would be better off grinding your own bit. The thin bits may work but many times those screws can be so tight that the thin bits will flex too much and break.

Grind a blade thin but keep it short. Don't over heat while grinding.

The key to unscrewing thin slot screw without buggering the slot is to put heavy, I men heavy down pressure on the screw head (before turning and while turning the screw) Have the part firmly placed on a bench or clamped in a vise so the part won't walk away or cock off with heavy pressure. Take a good screw driver and the part to any machine shop and have him grind the blade to fit the screw, most will do the grinding for 5 bucks.
