Just got back from the BIG (1024 exhibitors) outdoors show in Harrisburg, PA. I saw something there in Beretta's catalog that I have never heard about before. The catalog showed a LCD readout that looked like it was a part of the bottom of the pistol grip probably. It is supposed to display the temperature, number of shots and, most interesting to me, the pressure. I can figure out how they could read the temp and # of shoots but I can not figure out how they read the pressure. The sales rep I asked did not have any idea of how they did that.

It was in the Xcel section of their competition shotguns.

Anyone have this optional, at I was told $108.00, readout? If so how does it read the pressure?

It is kind of late and after driving a couple of hundred miles I am calling it a day but in the morning I will try to put a scanned image of that part of the catalog.

Here is a copy of the page in the catalog where they show this LCD readout. The red frame highlight is my addition. It is not part of the Berretta CD catalog image.
