Beretta 391 Tekny gold Trap

Has anyone had any malfunction with Beretta AL391 Teknys Gold Targe trap when using Remington Gun Club hulls with Reloads, in 1 1/8, 1 and 7/8 oz loads?

are you talking about the shell hangup as it enters the chamber (2nd shot)?
