Have a Beretta 20ga which is the earlier Urika model. Understand that the only differance between the earlier Urika and the Urika 2 is the gas piston. The newer piston is supposed to require less cleaning because of it's design. Can I purchase the newer piston, and if so, is there any fitting required? Or, is it a waste of money to do so?
In 12 gauge I shoot a 391 Urika Trap Optima (old style piston) and a 391 Urika 2 Sporting Optima (newer style piston) for skeet and sporting. I don't think one piston is cleaner than the other. I bought a spare piston back a few years ago when the talk around town was the old style were cracking. Mine never cracked but, I'm glad I have a spare. It works out great for cleaning.
Beretta Target Autos, the best target autos out there right now hands down. Vaporizers.
