Having a problem with a beomat trap throwing birds at different heights,somtimes as much as <6-8 feet> with alittle wind blowing.tried different things including rebuilding the trap last summer.Maybe some one else has had this prolem and could help me out.Have apat trap on next field and it work great.

Sounds like the throwing arm is pinching the target aginst the throwing plate.

We have one at our club, sounds for sure like throwing arm is no longer straight. Replace with a new arm and rubber, should solve

There is a light metal l-bracket that hangs down where the target drops from the turret. This is very likely bent,as this is what holds the target on the launch plate. Very easy to straighten by hand and easier to bend with an empty target box. Good luck.

WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AT OUR CLUB SEEMS LIKE EVERY 4TH TO 8TH BIRD GOES AT LEAST 6 FT HIGHER EVERY OTHER TRAP WE HAVE HAS 30 TIMES MORE BIRDS THRU THEM AND NO PROBLEMS THAT IS THE LAST TIME WE WILL BUY ONE OF THESE TRAPS AGAIN. WE HAVE HAD IT GONE THRU AND A REPAIR GUY LOOK AT IT AND SET IT UP EVERY YEAR STILL JUNK. BUT IT IS OUR ONLY DOUBLES AND WOBBLES TRAP GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU TRY TO BUY A MACHINE TO DO ALL OF IT.
