Hi All,
I will be down in Florida from mid-January and intend shooting at the $$ again. I would also like to find a nice BBQ restaurant in the St.Pete Beach area. Can anybody help with recommendations?

Sonny's is a chain---they get all their employee's & relatives--to vote the the best---they're OK--but nothing to go out of your way for. Near the Villages there is a petty good place called the Smoke House in Lady Lake---best ribs & greens I've had---but North carolina style is still tops

Phil is right about Sonny's. At one time it could not be beat. But they have went through major changes. Unless you are in Gainesville and eat at the Sonny's on Waldo road it won't even come close. Good luck.
