The barrel weights skeetman makes are better. Doesn't put all the weight in one spot and also zero issues with your barrel fitting in your case.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I know Ian, he's local to me. Great shooter. I have a number of his weights, but some of my guns balance differently, and need a weight farther out on the barrel. That is the type I'm after currently.

Yeah I looked at those before I posted. The 12ga weights are very wide. I don't want to see it in my sight picture on one gun, but not on another. His .410 weight looks more like what I want, but in 12ga. I'll contact him.

Any local machine shop can cut it for you. Littler patience, sanding and outdoor furniture spray paint will get it back to looking new. Good luck and good shooting, Rey
