I went to Gander Mtn. to buy some 9x19mm, .38 special, and .357 magnum and couldn't get any of the 9x19mm and very limited quantities of the .357. I live in N. IL. Is everyone having this problem????

I used to buy the "party pack" at wally world of 9mm 100 loose round boxes, they haven't had any since the inauguration. They just got some 50 round boxes in. I think 221 described it pretty well. The funny thing is, it may not have anything to do with the administration's attitudes, it is simply a new demand due to the fear that these supplies might go away..........someone said this weekend that Remington was completely overwhelmed with demand for new guns.

When you see a liberal who voted the a--hole in, thank that person. Unless you want to wait because it will get worse

Handgun ammunition is very difficult to find in Pa. For the reloaders trying to find brass is just as hard. Primers are drying up with the rest of the components, yet Federal cartridge Co. in Minn. the largest Mfg. of ammunition in the country layed people off in Nov. and Last month. Does this have anything to do with a national bullet ID bill that the socialist are to enact.

People are stocking up. Have been since the election. Black guns are selling at a premium, like Harleys used to.

Mail order houses are out of stock on lots of bullets, Primers are available but pricey.

The future all depends on how much damage the mulatto can do before he is out of office. One would pray for a major problem and subsequent impeachment.

Yes, Rush and me want his POLICIES to fail. I want him to succed at leaving office.

Not to get off the subject but I read Thompson/Center has laid off people. I've had a 6mm TCU Encore pistol barrel on order through Midway for three months. Got e-mail today that cancelled my back order for the barrel because they couldn't get it from T/C. I wonder why they are laying off people when they have orders they can't fill?...Bill

I was just on Zanders website, the only Taurus revolver they have in stock is the Mdl 990 22 Tracker and thats it. No 38's,44's nothing. I went to Wally World to get one of those Remington UMC 45apc 250 round bulk boxes, gone, and a sign that says only 1 box of centerfire ammo per customer per day?? Cabelas in Hammond,In the only 45's were the high end personal protection rounds at $30.00 and up. It's starting, I'm glad Ive got plenty of 12ga and 308 on hand.

layoffs are probably due to the inability for their suppliers to get their stuff to them....

I have Federal 38 spl. + P in 110 JHP (7 boxes of that).....1 box of 38 spl Fiocchi in 158 gr. FMJ and 2 boxes of Winchester 38 spl 95gr. Silvertip. These are all 50 round boxes that I recently acquired from old duty/training ammo. I estimate the Federals to be in or around 1990 and am unsure of the Winchester and Fiocchi. The boxes and ammo is in factory condition. All will be sold as one lot and shipped UPS ground. 110.00 plus shipping. The first person to PM me with confirmation will get this ammo. Please give me your phone number so we can discuss the transaction.
