Hey, I am looking for any low pressure recipes for 1200 to 1250 FPS 1 ounce and 1 and 1/8 loads using ACTIV hulls. I was considering PB, 7625, International Clays, Rex II, or Green Dot as the powder; a Remington Target 12, RXP, windjammer or Active TG-30 wad (but I only have 500 of the TG-30s)(Note: I am not dead set on the powder brand/type or wad). I am flexible on the primers.

I have the Lyman 4th edition reloading manual, but it lists a lot of powders that I am not familiar with, and the new reloading data by powder manufacturers don't list ACTIVs since they haven't been around for a while now.

Let me know what kind of pressure and fps you got with your load recipes?

I have a couple of the older Activ reloading manuals and they mostly list Red Dot, Green Dot and 700x for target loads.

My favorite is 18g of Red Dot with a Federal 12S3 and a Win 209 primer.
You can (and I have) use a TGT12 wad or a 12S0 wad as well.

Green Dot is mostly for handicap loads in the Activ hull, it's capacity is larger than AAs or STS hulls more like a Federal Gold Medal.
