Good article. Since DNA came to be the new "fingerprint", our microwave society has wanted to find fast ways to solve crimes. The use of bullets being coded, is a good way to convict the innocent. Just because a bullet is found at a crime scene doesn't mean it's part of anything. It takes a lot of hard work to solve any shooting crime, and to think the criminals won't find a way around this, is foolish. The chain of evidence for a bullet, to prove, "beyond a reasonable doubt", would be highly subjective. Michael
