With her gun mounted with the top of the recoil pad extending about an inch above her collarbone and with snug/firm cheek pressure on the comb, she should be looking slightly down-onto the rib. There should be a figure-8 bead alignment with the front and mid bead.
Adjust the comb height so this describes the bead alignment.
She should also be looking along the center of the rib without without needing to tilt or lean her head toward the stock and with turning her head toward the stock very little.
When she mounts her gun, the bottom (toe) of the recoil pad should not make contact with her shoulder well before the upper heel of the pad that is on her collarbone. The pad should make even, simultaneous contact with her shoulder.
