Keensights can either adjust you poi by making a tapered rib..... or I think that they might now offer an adjustable add-on.

I used to shoot an under single, so my thought is to make my Bt 99 as close to one as possible.

Hopefully, your BT-99 has an adjustable comb that can be raised a distance equal to the additional height gained with the installation of an add-on rib.

I added a taller rib and raised my comb to compensate, post hardware not high enough so I have new post installed. Put gun in Warick case, gun no longer fits, need new case.

There is more involved than orginally figured.
Do I like it? Yes.

Lesson learned- buy a gun with higher rib from start.

Yes, Dave Berlet will add taller posts, Yes, it's included in the price, Yes, it will not fit in your hard case.

Best Add On I've seen. He did a Sup X 1 for me, and it's perfect. I think it was $215. It now shoots 100% high and beads Fig 8. Took 2 weeks.

You dont need a higher rib. its all in your mind set. if you tell your self that you can shoot the gun then thats what will happen.
