Assuming you did not have your add-on rib tapered (sloped) to raise your poi, then raise your comb until you reach the same sighting plane you had before making the rib addition. In other words if you stacked your beads before adding the rib and the gun shot where you were looking then that's where you raise your comb. If the gun shot to flat before the rib addition then you may have to raise the comb higher, beyond the stacked beads causing a gap between the front and mid bead to raise your poi.
The starting point is always to duplicate the original sighting plane and go from there.
