Russ Elliott was the Doubles Champion 93x100
Bill Fienup and his son, Ray, won the Father/Son Championship
That was the only year from 1932 to 1943 that Lela Hall did not win the Ladies Singles Championship

My inflation calculator says 1100 bucks in 1941 is worth about $22,700 today.
Thanks for posting ! Yea, I woulda been there, but my folks said I was too young then (18 months old) to hang out with a bunch of rowdy trapshooters. 😉

Here is an article where my home club hosted a NY State Shoot.

Old friend Dick Baldwin set targets on the very same trap I started setting when I began in 1961. I have that trap today in my collection.
