I accidentally bought a bag of frozen fish called Swai or Vietnamese Catfish. Evidently it's raised in China and fed who knows what. It has no real taste of it's own, even less than cod. It's the texture that really bites. It's soft and gelatinous, almost mushy. Now I have a 2 lb bag of this crap. Maybe I'll feed it to the coons. Really, carp tastes better.
