I agree, the bolt is acting like a fuse, and breaks when something else is not working properly. If he puts a Grade 8 bolt in there, something probably more expensive will be breaking. Call MECI agree with Steve12 about calling MEC.
Ask them about using a grade 8 bolt from your local hardware store.

No i haven't call Mec, thanks for your adviceDid you try calling Mec for advice? They may have a solution to what is causing this problem.

Honestly, I would go to Curly for 9000 help first! Advice is every bit as good as MEC, and might get an answer faster!!Did you try calling Mec for advice? They may have a solution to what is causing this problem.
