just aquired a used 9000G mec reloader, not all the time but enough to be a problem, it won't index, when the handel is in the upright position i can hit it hard and then it will index thus spilling shot, c'nt see where it is hanging up or why. has anyone had this problem? any help would be great. thanks jeff

Go to the MEC site and get the manual for the 9000. It has an adjustment nut on the front of the loader. It is on the rod that runs down the front of the loader.

Surprisingly solved this same issue by putting a little grease where the Lower cam bracket (part 54) and slide bracket (part 61) engage. Another possible adjustment would be the shell lifter bracket part 57.

All of the above answer could be you problem. Talk your time and clean up the reloader and make sure there is no lead shot stock any were.
Read the Manuel.

And when you finally reach your peak frustration point, pick up the phone and call MEC - they'll walk you through it and you'll be back to loading quickly.

Check the de-primer/collet station. It may not be lifting the hull high enough (after depriming and sizing) to clear the loader frame as the hull moves to the priming station.

You may have the raise it slightly.
