Came across an unopened 4lb jug of solo 1250 dated to 2007. Bought it thinking I may play with it, but realized if I find a load I like, its not readily available anymore. So I'll let it go to someone that can use it. $100 and I'll meet within reasonable distance of Columbus Ohio to deliver it. AJ

I would consider trading the powder and cash against an 8lb of alliant 20/28 or american select
I take it you'd much rather have Alliant 20/28 powder than the Solo 1250. If 4 lbs. of non-favored 8 year old Solo 1250 is valued at $100 by you , what's 8 lbs. of your desired 20/28 worth? $250? $300? More? I've got 8+ lbs. of 20/28 in unopened containers. Make me a $ offer to include the Solo 1250 that I can't refuse -----

I don't desire one powder over the other. If it comes to it I'll shoot either one. I'm letting this powder go to someone that has actually loaded, liked it, and cant find it anymore.

Good powder for 20 and 28 ga., used it until it became hard to get so I went to Universal Clays. Held AAA class in both 20 and 28 with both powders, saw no difference in performance. I was getting low on Universal Clays this past winter, purchased an unopened 4lb jug of 1250 for $80 to keep me going. Since then I have picked up a few 8 lb. jugs of 20/28, I will use the 1250 then switch to 20/28.
