Yes it will as long as it is off 5e knick. Might need a inlet little fitting. They were made one at a time.

I would be cautious as in my experience it would be unusual for a stock from one Knick to fit another. I once ordered a "5E" stock and it would not fit my 4E. The saving grace was that it was a 4E stock and I could return it.
