For sale is a true masterpiece. This is a Fabbri Grand Lusso. I am listing this for sale for my uncle who is only the second owner of the gun. The gun was imported from Len Puccinelli in the late 70’s. Serial number E499. The gun is engraved by Angelo Galeazzi and the gun comes with all the paperwork stating Angelo engraved the gun. Total weight of the gun is around 7 ¾ pounds.
The gun has 29” original barrels never altered with the top barrel being FULL and the bottom barrel is Improved Modified. These are Bohler Super steel barrels. The barrels are stamped 1.430KG and the top barrel is stamped 18.4 bore and the bottom barrel is stamped 18.5 bore.
A year ago the gun was restocked with a beautiful Turkish walnut stock and forearm. The length of pull is 14.5”. I will provide comb height dimensions as soon as I have the stock measured.
The gun has auto ejectors and non selectable single trigger.
The gun has been shot very little and is in amazing beautiful condition. The gun comes with all the original documentation including all the original breakdown case with extra sets of firing pins and leaf springs. Also has original cleaning kit and snap caps.
For price and details please contact Joe Panetta at 925-640-5580. Or you can email me at [email protected]
To replace this gun today would cost over $250k and the wait would be over 5 years.

Like the others, this way way above my head and certainly a very beautiful gun, but what happened to the original stock? Do you still have it? Just seems a shame that it's not 100% original, even if the original stock is not perfect.

Last time I sold one of my relatively inexpensive early Fabbris, two buyers made it very clear the $9,000 replacement stock had obvious different look from the original.

To one of them it was a deal breaker, the other one bought the gun for $4500 less than what we agreed on fair value.

I bought the gun with the original owner's $9,000 replacement stock on it, I didn't like the checkering when I bought it, but never thought it'll cost me this kind of lost when I sold it.

Too rich for this crowd, but we'll all look and drool. I thought Jody Devers invented the reverse M/C on his Ljutic O/U pigeon gun.
I have 3 extra stocks and one extra FE for Fabbri O/U... Offers??

So, would I be better off buying this gun or a Mercedes SLS. If I dropped dead in a few months , my wife would most likely sell the gun for $400.00. but she would sell the Benz or use it to go shopping.

Either way money down the tubes,

To Bridgetofar, the only thing I'll miss when I'm dead is watching the the warfare over my estate---its gonna be fun--but in all honesty--its all been square rooted--I'm leaving everything to the Navy &Marine Corps Relief Society & my wife is good to go with that, when she passes. She's a navy wife.
