Hello,
If I person was inclined to shoot double with a 28ga what chokes would work best. I would think a full for the second shot, but not sure of the first shot.
Thanks for any answers.

My gun is choked .004" and .004" from the factory, and it does all right.

For Trap Doubles, I would pick a IC, and IM for my two chokes. break em all jeff

I would shoot the same as I do with 12.
IC 1st - LF 2nd. Never tried doubles but my 28 will crush singles targets with a mod choke - as long as I'm doing my job

keep in mind I only shot 24gram Olympic loads so there’s very little difference in my patterns

Good to hear I’m purchasing a new light weight doubles gun. My first 28 will be home soon.

Currently shooting 24gram Olympic traps (lil less than 7/8oz) still running .008(roughly improved cylinder) & .024( roughly improved modified) in my ancient 20 year old gun and .005(skeet) & .025 (improved modified) in newer gun. Both birds crush positively when I point them correctly.
‘Have a 28guage sub-guage tube for my unsingle but haven’t yet purchased a 2nd tube so can do doubles with o/u
