Hodgdon has a few loads under 7000 psi with Win 572. The only reason I can think of for wanting a load with this pressure level is to shoot in a black powder arm. No powder or ammo co. will advise shooting this type of arm, period, let alone with smokeless powder.
There are those who will disagree, and although there are modern arms made with Damascus barrels proofed for smokeless, they run around $50K.
Other arms that make good wallhangers are the Marlin pumps made around the turn of the 20th century. Another would be the Win Model 11, "Widowmaker" straight blowback 12 ga.
