A friend I shoot with. asked me to let him see it he could get it working.
The next day he gave me the gun and it works. What he finally did was swap his bolt for mine. He did say that he could not find anything wrong with my bolt.
Go figure.
So I just want to thank everyone that gave me advice.

Your bolt may have had the new 1100 extractor which is too big for old 1100 barrels. His bolt was probably an older bolt. When you
order an extractor for an older bolt you have specify 870 extractor, not 1100 or 1187.
