I live in the Midwest(MO), but I always like to call the turkey in close, like 20 yards, you hear them drum & carry on, just my choice. Have a Model 12 like yours I used for duck hunting for years & it lit the sky up @ dusk, but also killed a LOT of ducks. Still have it. Enjoy the day, Ed Freise.
