Congradulatios Barry on your 100,000 milestone. I'm sure you broke it and you know exactly where and who you were shooting with. Seymore

Congratulations, Barry. I'm gonna shoot my 99,900th singles target at Medford on Sunday. 100,000th scheduled for Sunnyvale R&GC (where I shot my 100K Handicap and 100K Doubles) in northern California October 2. Just informed about an hour ago that I've just passed my 100K threshold in PITA.

Pretty unique crowd and something we can be proud of.

Congrats. If I continue to shoot at my present pace, I'll be 144 years old, shooting a 139 year old BT-99 when I jump the 100K fence.

Never thought of it that way Martin. Before I was a shooter I worked for my dad. It was a family business and I loved that old Western Auto store but I never made any more than $125 a week.

If I wanted to shoot much at all, I needed to make more money. I put some ads in some outdoor sports magazines as a fishing rod and reel repairman. The money I made from that little business gave me enough money to buy an 870 and shoot some registered targets. Even go to the Grand.

This theme played the same all through my life and drove me to a better life. I would say that trapshooting improved my life more than any other influence. It is the reason I love the sport so much.
