If you have an extra one sitting around, I am interested in a Krieghoff factory K80 forearm piece in English Walnut, no cracks. Any contour is acceptable. I would like a piece with some figuring.
I will pay $200-$400 depending on what quality and condition you have.
Question for K-80 Owners:
Have any of you attempted to use metal polish to give a nickel K-80 receiver a hand shine?
Specifically a standard grade receiver.
My concern is the polish could erode the nickel.
Wanted some feedback before I attempt it.
I’m interested to know when the KX-5 came out. Why exactly did they create it? (E.g. is it a response to competition?)
Does the KX name mean anything or the ‘5’?
are any parts interchangeable with K80?
I am looking at a 28" K-80 Barrel. It has a Briley Tube Set - but is only 24" and gray. Anybody familiar with that length and color?
Also, I was considering Side Kicks, but I saw on other forum posts that anything smaller than 28 gauge is not worth it. Any thoughts/experience?
Up for sale is a LEFT HAND Precision Fit Stock with a Krieghoff K-80 grip.
This PFS has an ultimate fit comb and had been painted dark brown and clear coated.
Includes the stock, wrenches, parts kit for both the stock/ultimate fit comb, and instruction manual.
In addition to the standard 4oz...
Just a quick question for anyone with a factory K-80 #6 trap stock with adjustable comb.
Not the TS stock.
Assuming its unaltered could you please post the weight?
Just about to start a project and wanted some information before KI opens Monday.
Thanks again in advance!
Seems like there are quite a few different 'standard' engravings for the K80. By standard, I mean their basic scroll engraving. They look pretty similar, but there are subtle changes and I wonder if anyone has taken note.
Does anyone know how many versions there are?
Is there any...
This is a multi-part question for those of you with Krieghoff history:
1.) When did Krieghoff introduce interchangeable choke tubes for the K-80?
2.) When did Krieghoff change their steel choke tube to the "new design"? I believe the choke wrench changed from 12 notches to 6 notches.
Both of my 32” DTS and Trap Special Pro ribs are basically brand new and unfortunately too high for my stock. Would like to trade for a 32’” Pro Sporter/Skeet/ACS Rib. Might even consider trading for standard Trap Special Rib.
Would also consider trading entire Wilkinson ported barrel setup...
I saw this on Robert Paxton's website, thought I would share since there has been many discussions on the engraving of a K-80.
This gun has sold, but you can see it still on his website. Listed as a factory STD Grade, with additional engraving.
I have a question for anyone with a K-80 O/U and has patterned their gun.
How many have had your under barrel not pattern at the same POI as the over barrel?
I'd like to hear from you whether the answer is yes or no.
Also if you needed to change a hanger or not.
I know that Krieghoff sets...
Over the weekend, I was shooting a round of sporting clays when my K-80 double fired on me (both barrels went off) and it popped open. Later in the round, the gun would pop open after the second shot. I was shooting factor 3 Dram loads and never had an issue like this before. Any ideas...
I am interested in trading my Krieghoff K-80 Standard Scroll receiver and iron for the older Lightweight version that was once manufactured. My receiver was at Krieghoff for annual service last month and has not been shot since. Hammers, pivot pins, top lever spring rod, springs, etc, were all...
I have the following for sale. It is like new. I purchased brand new in April of 2016 and fired fewer than 750 shells.
Gold Plantation Scroll receiver and iron. Engraved by Katherine Nonn. Serial number 107813. This is a nitride receiver and has the "short" trigger.
32" Parcours barrels...
Hi, I just moved to Paradise Valley Arizona. I shoot mostly trap and some sporting clays. I found the Ben Avery Clay Target center but I am looking for local clubs with some leagues to join. Thank you.
I am relatively new to the shot gun world,
When I got my K32 and did research of the differences between the K32 and the K80 model the one "BIG" difference that struct me was the K32 receiver was steel and the K80 was hardened.
So I read that some like the steel model cause you could do scroll...
K32 Skeet set in really nice condition. The metal has some honest use wear in the blueing. The tubes fit really tight and I don't think they have been shot much. They are Bailey Ultralight Fitted Tubes. The lever is to the right. Last annual by Krieghoffar was February 2014. LOL is about 14.25"...
