I have had, for the past thirty years, at least one BT99. Always favored the original style. Fourth in the line, picked cup from the son of one of my club's charter members was a 34" full 1974 model.
Rarely used it.
Got into high school coaching five years ago. One of my summer league teammates son started with us this year and shows good potential. Asked if he could try my BT. Liked it. Made me an offer. I figured at 80, and with my TB, M12, and 3200, I wouldn't miss it. His now.
Doubt I will buy another.
Good kid. Hope he does well.

I am new to trap and just picked up a used BT99. It is the only real trap gun that I have shot but I am super impressed with it. The only reason I would part with it is to get a nicer one. And by parting I mean pass it down to someone in the family.
