I have been invited by a vendor to join a group to shoot indoor clays at Lake Erie Arms indoor range near Sandusky OH. I haven't yet been there but understand they offer pistol, 100 yd rifle, and 2 or 3 clays venues. I am shooting indoor clays, not sure what target configuration will be, but I believe they offer trap, skeet, and wobble trap. I will know more tomorrow this time as the guns will be cased and am told food to be served and beverages will be following the shoot event.
I will keep updated.

Overall a very nice experience.
Very nice facility (new)
I was only permitted in clays area, we couldn't move about the facility. Everyone is escorted to the range you select.
Sign in normal waiver of liability, show ID?
We were offered to shoot trap, sporting clays, wobble trap, skeet,
Clays range was well lit
Walls and ceiling were charcoal gray, almost a match to shot curtain
5 traps in the floor with sliding covers and tapered front walls to deflect shot away
2 slots in the sidewalls for the "rabbit" for sporting clays
2 skeet fields
We decided to shoot wobble trap
All targets were shot from what I would call #4 post from your 4 man "suite"
Digitalized scoring, and shooter selection
Each shooter had about 60 seconds to get into position and shoot, then sign in suite just over your head flashed "cease fire" Countdown from 60 to about 4 seconds then screen read shooter ready
At zero seconds a target was thrown, 3 seconds a second target was thrown. then cease fire again,
Repeat for next shooter
The shot curtain was close enough to see where your shot string was in relationship to the target many of the shots.

8 suites, 4 shooters each, Start the scorekeeper, you are put into rotation, when each shooter finishes, next suite gets targets within 3-4 seconds, we were last squad to start , as others finished we did notice the delay between shooters got shorter.
The software for the 8 suites shooting different venues from each suite, all in order, touch screen scoring, was amazing. There was a target in the air approx. every 3 seconds. One would have to see it to appreciate it.
Large area of new firearm display, 2 restaurants, and a cafe' cigar lounge,

Overall. Great venue, just be prepared to find new excuses for misses, no wind, no glare from the sun, no parachutists landing down range.

I was there over the summer, as it was on the way from Camp Perry to Cardinal. From what I was able to gather looking through the windows, they don't offer real trap, skeet, or 5 stand, but rather an ersatz version of clay target shooting due to the layout. I certainly didn't see a high and low house and the 8 stations you'd need to shoot skeet, nor even a way to replicate any sort of incoming skeet target.

It looks like it's set up to be more of a Top Golf type experience, not for legitimate actual practice or competition like Diamond in IL (ATA trap) or MSZU in Germany which has skeet, 5 stand, and bunker trap.

It is indeed a strange choice location wise in Sandusky. Given the Top Golf like experience, both in terms of format and pricing, it seems like it would be much more appropriately located near a major metropolitan area where your clientele is people with low experience (meaning no score expectations), deep pockets, and who just want a way to burn an evening (and also don't know that you can shoot at most any place outdoors for 5-8 bucks per 25 targets). Maybe it's something that was built with the idea of franchising in the future like Top Golf.
