Either Tron or "Rods custom stocks". I've used both and recommend both.

Adding your location might help too
Depending on what kind of money you are willing to spend, you might consider sending your stock right to Graco. They do great work and you won't regret trusting the job to them. They'll run you about ~350 each for the comb and the butt plate. I just went through the same process with them and I have no regrets.

Several people have recommended him. I wouldnt be scared of installing a graco but no way I would try cutting out the comb.
I'm trying to decide if I would be better off buying a used bt99 and sending it off to have a graco installed or just order a new one from guns unlimited and just let them install the graco.

To clarify, we use the Graco company to install the hardware. They're full-service and do a very clean job.
That said, it's gonna be cheaper to buy it from GU already done.

if it were me, I’d try to be a clean, old BT-99 and have it added on. If I bought new, I’d go with GU and have them do it. They did a nice job for me.

That's been my original plan but they are hard to find around here. I work next door to Buds gun shop one of the largest gun dealers in the country but they hardly ever have trap guns. We are thinking about riding to Indiana gun club Friday and seeing what they have.
