Try looking at a Boyt Break-down soft case. I love mine for my 32 inch barrel shotgun. I just checked, you can get this case for 34 inch barrels as well. You can get the soft case for 2 barrel combo shotgun case as well.
PS--This soft case fits perfectly into the Pelican 1700 hard airline case as well. So its a double bonus case to buy, if you plan on doing any flying. I also do not want my nosey neighbors knowing that I am carrying guns around!!! This only invites thief's!!! Good Luck to Ya. break em all Jeff

I got a 54" waxed canvas one from Midway that fits my KX5 with factory chokes but probably wouldn't fit with most extended chokes depending on LOP and choke length. Cost was around $40-$50 I think.

I use a Briley soft case for my 34" barreled Perazzi. I think I paid $50.00 for it at a shoot where they were set up at. It has thick padding and works great. I have a 15" lop. No zipper, slides in from the end that way no way for a zipper to scratch he wood.

Boyt Signature Series Shotgun they make up to 54"!
Call them and ask to make sure. I'm thinking Boyt's size of case is length of gun.
