I purchased an LPGWORKS catcher for my 1100 Sporting after getting frustrated with the flimsy wire T&S knockoff I'd been using. It clipped on easily and fit fairly well, but there was a tiny gap between the back of the catcher and the receiver, and after a few shots it separated from the magnets and came off. When I contacted John, he immediately shipped me a new one. With the replacement, the magnets pulled off the catcher before I could even get it onto the receiver. John mentioned that other people had had similar issues, so he amended the design to embed the magnets within the catcher and then sent me one.
He did all this on his own initiative and on his own dime - I was not charged for any of the replacements or for shipping. That speaks volumes about his integrity and his dedication to improving his product.
And the new design works beautifully. The slight additional thickness actually makes it fit better, and it caught every single hull and didn't budge at all through several rounds of shooting.
