The lady that answered the phone had no idea what "Stock Positioning system" was. I apologized for the wrong number thinking it was me. Checked the number and dialed again- same lady answered and no knowledge of SPS. I emailed them via the advertised email address on the website and it bounced back as undelivered!

I gave up on them a while back. I did not order on the site because if they don't answer or return calls I'm done.

I ordered a few pad adjusters a few months back via the website. They were delivered a few days later with zero issues. It was actually very quick shipping.
While grinding the adjusters I managed to misplace both of the screws.. I emailed with no response trying to buy a few of the screws, then called and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about.
