I love mine but $3000 might cause me to part with it. They are great little guns. Absolutely no recoil.

Really ?? I have an 1100 engraved 410 with vent rib in the basement now. They are worth that kind of coin?? I know mine isn’t a 27 incher. I will certainly be selling mine. I love the looks of the gun but to me 410....no thanks. I will post a pic of it in awhile.

Remington sold 1100 28 gauge and 410 skeet sets in the 70's. They were very popular, especially the 410, because 410 shells were less expensive than 12 and 20 - and way less expensive than 28 gauge. I would search for a 410 1100 skeet gun have chokes installed in the barrel.

As with any firearm they are worth whatever someone is willing to spend if you have the funds and "really need " it. Several years ago I bought a 28 & 410 sporting 1100 off gun broker for $650. each. New. I had a matched pair with fence post wood, I swapped out the wood and sold both new guns without firing them. Still have the matched pair. I also recently picked up a 28 ga Premier sporting nib. The market for some guns is driven by demand. And right now it's stupid.

Not trying to hijack your thread coconutjoy but I noticed on gunbroker that .410 870 Wingmasters are going for over a grand. I better be careful hunting rabbits with mine this year.
I saw the same thing. Saw one selling for almost $1600. Got mine in 1978. Might be willing to part with it at those prices.
