Just an idea - with locally Wally's sale on Nitro 27 for $6.97 and selling the mint box & 'one-fired never hit the ground' shells for $1.
The final cost approaches $5.97 a box compared to $5.48 for a box of Estate @ Wally.

The question become -- is $0.50 and the effort to sell 1000 Nitro 27 with box too much to stay with the original premium Handicap shell?

I am still on the fence myself.....

I have to agree. The Remington Nitro 27 is one fine shell. My first choice. That said, every firearm has it's magic shell or cartridge the patter board is your friend. Don't be cheap with the quality of the ammo you shoot.

Nothing beats the AA handicap shell, Conner you know that already.
Practice/off season with what your shoot when it counts.
Same scenario with the AA’s on pricing, $82 a flat, $2 rebate makes $6.20 a box, sell your hulls for .04 cents takes final price down to $5.20 a box.
Hard to beat that price, my 2 cents, your opinion can/will vary.

What DTmasters and O-hale said!

However, Pulsepowered has a great choice in the Estates 3 dr, 7 1/2 which has become my new practice “shell for the price”

Ever had any issues with them sticking?
Stuck every time in my Alfermann and my Ljutic barely spit them out.
My 725 throws them like normal though and so does my KX6S.
Aside from a little more bite and the ultra-flimsy boxes (lost count of how many times the bottoms fell out before I learned to handle them with caution) they’re alright!

They don't stick in any of our Perazzis. Boxes are pretty flimsy and the light shells sound kind of funny. But boy do the light 7 1/2s smack a target!

Also, if the Remington American Clay and Field ever go on sale, they are a really nice shell. But at $75/flat, your money is better spent on STS or AA.

I bought a bunch a while back from Cabelas for like $65/flat. Plus I had $100 gift cards from Ebay that I got for $80 so made them really cheap!

I've only used them in my Zoli, and had no sticking issues.

And yeah, their boxes are pretty flimsy.

I’ve gone thru 10-12 flats of the Aguila 3-dram 7-1/2s since January for handicap. Good breaks from the 26, no off sounding shells and I haven’t had a single stuck hull or FTF. I shoot a standard bore S682X and heard somewhere (here maybe?) that the off sounding shells may be related to shooting in over-bored barrels. And the best part is the Silver Dollar puts them on sale at $53/flat +tax during the big winter shoots. I intend to load up on them again this winter, both the 3-dram 7-1/2s for handicap and 1 oz 8s for singles.
