MX8 Combo series 3 with 34 top single & 31.5 O/U. Both are fixed chokes. Top Single is .031. O/U bottom is .016 and top barrel is .026. Both barrels are ported, I have no idea who did it. I don't know a lot about Perazzi models, but will try to answer any thing you need about the gun. It has an internal selector in the removable trigger for top or bottom barrels. I purchased this gun about 4 years ago and sent whole gun to Giacomo to get serviced and anything fixed that was needed. Over $1k on repair. Gun is tight. I shot maybe about 2000 rounds through the O/U and about the same on the top single. Then I ran across a MX2000 and the MX8 has been setting in the safe. I did let the screws get lose in the O/U and broke the forearm. It has a new forearm on that barrel. Numbers are the same on the barrels, forearm metal and receiver, not the trigger. The trigger was reworked by Wiz White. It has the nice Gold wide trigger. It is a Pull/Pull. Price $5500.00 and includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48. I have an old case I can ship in, but it's not in real good shape on the inside. Not trying to cover up anything in the description. Has minor dings and scratches, but over all is a nice gun for this old of a gun.

The porting is Seitz style drilled holes in his pattern. He sold many fixtures to duplicate the pattern to other gunsmiths so it’s no telling who may have did the porting. Since the barrel extensions are not stamped like Seitz stamped them I’d say it may not be his work.

The AC marked on the barrel block indicates that barrel was proofed in 1977. If the number matches the receiver then it was proofed in 1977 also. The question would be what serial number does the receiver have?

Seitz did a lot of barrels he did not stamp. I had a DB81 Combo done by him that he did not stamp but I did have the paperwork and bill. I do not, however, remember Seitz over-boring barrels to that larger diameter. My combo was .735 and most Seitz barrels I checked were very close to that number.
