I was in New York City this past week and thought it would be a chance to visit the Beretta Gallery. Being New York and guns, my expectations were low. I was very very pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff and amount of guns they had on hand. The salesman could not have more inviting, opening all the racks and telling us to help ourselves and try any of the guns. The selection was better than any of the Beretta dealers i have been to. They also had a nice selection of rifles. I did not realize that they have an on site gunsmith, Ed Anderson. He was very helpful with a question or tow i had about my DT. I mentioned i had been trying to purchase a few replacement parts for my trigger (spares) and no one had them. Ed checked his stock and found just what i was looking for. When i asked where to pay for the parts, Ed would have none of that. He would not allow me to pay and said he was happy to help. A great experience with the Beretta Gallery

I had the pleasure of visiting the Beretta Gallery in Dallas TX.
My youngest daughter and her husband, had moved to Dallas and we had decided to explore their new city.
Interesting place to shop, my new son in law, who grew up in CA and new to guns was amazed at the gun room.
I hadn't planned to introduce myself, but our family conversation was overheard and our connection to Leo Harrison was made known.
I'll look forward to getting to the NY gallery but I also plan to visit Italy one day.

I have been to the Dallas gallery several times they also have a gun smith on site. He isn’t there all week just the weekends I think. Very nice people and really competitive pricing on new guns. Beautiful guns and wood unbelievable on them.

I've visited the Gallery in Buenos Aires several times. On each occasion I've been the only one there. The merchandising was good, but the selection of hi-grade shotguns was minimalistic. With inflation running at 50% there probably aren't too many people buying expensive guns in BA. The full-sized snooker table next to the gun room was a surprise. No doubt the staff are expert players ;).

SENORRIC - Thanks for your service, The 135 was a great mission.

I have also visited the factory in Italy. The hospitality was equal or better there. They laid out the red carpet for me and my family. It was a great experience.

I've also visited the factory in Italy with our national team. Beretta must have sent the red carpet to the cleaners because their welcome didn't remotely compare with the one we received at the Perazzi factory :grim:.

Dallas store is awesome. I’m fortunate to live and work near enough to drop in time to time. The staff is always helpful. The gunsmith, Scott is top-notch. My son had bought a basic adjustable butt pad for his 690 and realized that some of the stock had to be bored out. Beyond his or my scope of ability. We took it in and Scott agreed to install the butt pad my son bought just for labor cost. Long story short, when we picked it up, Scott had forgotten about the piece my son provided and actually installed a top of the line Graco. He still did it for just the labor cost and “swapped” even for the butt pads. Needless to say, excellent customer service!
