Below is what the bead looks like. If you would get a good grip on it with a sideways needle nose, or with the small vice listed above, then grip that vice with a pliers sideways, and give it a good knock up ward close to the pliers grip, it may pop out. Give it a shot of some oil first. If any thing, it beaks off. If so, clean it out with acetone, apply some clear nail polish or something that will stop it from spinning, and drill it out. This would require a drill press, and table vice to be precise. You could then just drill it out, and install a threaded bead, which Brownell's has a kit to do also. By the time you are done you will be close to $60-$70 to do so if you have to buy the above recommended tools. That is not including the drill press and vice. A gunsmith that already has all the tools can probably do it for $20.
