If you want 22-250 performance in an AR15, take a look at the .223 WSSM. It is a short, fat .224 cartridge that has the length of the .223 Rem and the "boiler room" of the .22-250. Actually has more velocity than the 22-250.
I don't know of any 22-250 AR10s currently available. The best you can do at this point is probably an AR10 in 243.

I'm not aware of the 220 Swift ever being offered in an AR10.
I have an Olympic Arms upper in 243 WSSM---very accurate---Winchester ammo loadings are 55,and 95 gr "Ballistic Silvertip"-------
Most of my "testing" has been at 100yds-------I did set up a "PAPER" Turkey target at 195 measured yards, and put 3 shots in the head(bench-24 power scope)

How about a 6.5 Grendel or 6mmAR or 6mmarTurbo (fast twist for +100gr bullets) I think the make one in 22 cal also. Both on Ar15 receiver. WSSM are good. In the ar10 world you have to watch case feed ability, shoulder angle etc. 243 260 308 338Fed. Nemo arms 300win mag.

Why bother?? Anything you would shoot a 22-250 at should be a long way out there and all multiple fast follow-up shots are good for is making noise and melting barrel throats...want a 22-250..get a bolt gun that would be cheaper than any upper anyway

As for the 223 WSSM being a throat burner, reports are it is not as hard on throats as initially theorized. And if used for coyote hunting as opposed to varmint hunting, that's going to be an impressive pile of coyotes before the barrel goes south. I would not worry about it for the intended purpose.
claybrdr, I'm not an Olympic Arms fan, but they do make a few products that are decent. They've been making pistol caliber AR15s longer than anyone. While I think the Colt 9mm is better built, some of the others are only going to be found in an Oly setup. Further, Oly makes a target barrel called the SUM (Stainless Ultra Match). It's a very decent barrel, and back in the 1990s it was on the short list of AR15 varmint and target barrels. I gave my old Oly SUM upper to my son, who is still using it. It's so old the rail on top is pre-Picatinny.

I noticed you haven't responded to any of the comments others have made since your original post. Is there a reason you were interested in the 22-250 round, instead of the other available cartridges the AR already comes in?
