two weeks ago i sent them a 25 year old club timer that had finally quit working. today, i got it back. it works like new, has a new duracell battery in it and they didn't charge me a dime! where else can you get service like this besides in grand prairie, texas?
Thats good to hear. Two years ago I sent my pact scale in due to irradic behaier and they had it 6 months, cost me shipping both ways. Swore I would never buy another. It has been trounle free for 1 1/2 years now though
