Scrounge what you can, but also check out garage and estate sales, you might be surprised...

I'm a compression-formed hull guy... Premier/Blue Magic, STS/Nitro, Old AA - those are the ticket for me. A lot of guys swear by the Gun Clubs...

Jay

Best overall is the Remington STS, bar none. Best you might find on the range is the Winchester AA. Best bargain hull for loading, not to mention you will find em everywhere, is the Remington Gun Club. -Aaron Schneider

My favorites are Federal Top Guns and Estates. Be sure to use a wad that is made for a straight walled hull.

Sure.

Whatever kind of misc Eurotrash they shoot there. B&P, Noble, Fiocchi, Rio, Kemen, Estate, Wally-Federal T&F ...

If you want to sort them, that's OK, or if you want to load rainbows, that's OK, too. Other than Estate/Top Gun, which have fiber basewads, they are all the same hull: low plastic basewad, & 6point crimp.

(Just don't tell Shooting Coach our secret.)

I need to start eyeing new easily-available range hulls for reloading. I've been using Gun Club but they are getting less available, probably because they aren't as cheap as the others. Any suggestions on readily available range-pickups that are good candidates? dju
